So sad to hear this. He was a good friend to the RAF Chinook Display team and always a voice of experience that I looked up to. Enjoyed some good banter too throughout the season. Blue skies Mark.

Somewhere in the mid Atlantic I hold a Strava segment for running set on HMS Ocean in 2017 that I am confident has and will never be beaten. It was set running downwind and in the direction of travel…. #wokkawednesday

This afternoon's local dog walk touched the spot where in March 1943 Wellington 1C HF996 stalled and crashed killing its crew and the occupants of a rural bungalow at Common Barn...Will need to seek out the crew as they all on or near my Commonwealth War Graves patch.

Leaving this here for anyone who needs it, or feels that it is worth sharing.

Airborne again this weekend, with one of our crews joining others from across RAF Odiham and RAF Benson in His Majesty the King’s Birthday Flypast.
It is a privilege to play a part in these events, alongside the Royal Navy, British Army 🇬🇧 and our Royal Air Force colleagues.
