It’s not just teachers’ pay but workload too says National Foundation for Educational Research which it warns has increased because teachers are reporting dealing with more behaviour problems and pastoral issyes
While there have been some small improvements in teacher trainee recruitment so far this year, National Foundation for Educational Research has warned that the government is “at risk of under-recruiting” secondary trainee teachers for 10 out of 17 subjects for next year⬇️
