In the latest polls for the #EUelections2024 , the EPP can extend its lead over the S&D.
The far-right parties are losing some ground, but remain at historically high levels. The Greens and the Left are recovering slightly, albeit at low levels.
I am very excited to share Tuomas Iso-Markku's and my new article in International Affairs explaining why Finland chose to join NATO.
Two factors were decisive:
1) A dramatic shift in public opinion;
2) Perception of a deterrence deficit by policymakers.
