Day 9 of the 12 days of Christmas. Each day people phone 999 for help amidst an emergency & trained control room operators from the NIAS speak to people in need of urgent medical interventions & make key decisions on the most appropriate resource to send to the casualty 🚑🚁

Day 2 of the 12 days of Christmas 🤩 We have 2 helicopters 🚁 the primary aircraft is an AW109S Grand and the dedicated backup aircraft is an AW109E Power. Having a backup aircraft allows for minimal downtime caused by maintenance demands.
