One of the best feelings in the outpatient world is starting GDMT on a newly diagnosed patient with heart failure and hearing how much better they feel at their follow up. Not sure anything beats that for us non invasive folks.

Thus far the most challenging part of echo board studying has been finding the right balance while watching review videos of double speed through speaking while slowing down to review echo images.
