Today, with over 4,000 buildings now in programme and 800 now resolved, I set out the real progress made on cladding remediation in recent months.

And we are stepping up enforcement, pressure and momentum even more.

We are well underway but there is so much more to do.

Housing Minister Lee Rowley was joined by Shivani H Menon, Tracy Blackwell and Adam Hawksbee at today's Onward event on empowering regions. The discussion addressed barriers to regional growth and offered solutions to local communities accessing long-term investment.

Last week, it was a privilege to represent the UK Government at MIPIM and discuss with industry experts how further investment into the UK, alongside our long-term plan for housing, can build even more of the homes and infrastructure our country needs

Very disappointing news regarding the 80 service which will impact communities like Eckington, Killamarsh, Spinkhill, Staveley & Renishaw. I'm working with the County Council who are exploring alternative options, alongside their recently announced Travel Derbyshire Dial-a-bus
