The City Attorney tried to pretend the doctoring was comparable to fixing punctuation, but the court caught them falsifying the city's justifications for illegally destroying people's property:

'They argue that they have processes in place to ensure they aren't violating unhoused people's rights. ... And those are the very documents that the court found to be altered or fabricated.' latimes.com/california/sto…
