📢JM Update: I am thrilled to share that I will join the Department of Economics of the Universität Wien as an AP this fall!
Grateful to Economics KU Leuven and those who supported me along the way: Dieter Verhaest, Olivier De Groote , JoVanBiesebroeck, Christophe Bruneel, and so many others.
Recent publication with Caroline Miehe and Bjorn Van Campenhout in #AgriculturalSystems studies #genderbias against female agro-input dealers of #maize , deriving lower #ratings for women even though they sell similar quality inputs as their male counterparts!

Fascinating discussion EU Economy & Finance workshop on public policies improving gender equality. Thank you for inviting me to present my JMP on quotas. It is vital we maintain a constant dialogue between academics and policy-makers to foster the role of women in the economy and society.
