The entire college is out to protest the hell hole it had become. After threatening students with detention, blocking access to their examination slips, the administration is finally succumbing to the pressure. But it’ll all be for the optics. A governmental inquiry is needed.

I seriously urge every authority figure who can even remotely help with the cause to initiate a governmental inquiry into Avicenna Medical College’s torture story. This is hollow damage control. Abdul Waheed Sheikh shouldn’t even be allowed near a kid, let alone be their chair.

Meet Abdul Waheed Sheikh, an Ex-Army man, now running a prison called Avicenna Medical College who came up with grotesque punishment concepts like “pink-lists”, shaving heads, cutting clothes, protecting sexual harassers. Concern after being exposed is always hollow.
