I am hearing from old neighbours who are now looking to try and sell that conveyancing firms are now refusing to take on #leasehold work, or charging extortionate prices to. This feels like whole new problem for people trapped in the #buildingsafetycrisis .

Hi 👋 - our freeholder is in discussion with the developer re: fire safety remediation. Our MA has gone ahead and got a FRAEW. We are now being billed for it. This was on top of an invalid EWS1 survey ( rogue RICS surveyor) should we have to pay for the PAS survey? Thanks!

Their UK finance statement with Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities wasn't true. I'm fully covered, have all the certificates and NatWest Group still rejected my buyers mortgage and requested an EWS1 form.
