This week, we welcomed 14 fresh faces to our #PEEKThrive volunteer training. We kicked off with icebreakers and games before chatting more about PEEK. 😆

These new young people will explore training areas in child protection, early years development, creativity and play skills.

A wholesome end to our 5 week antenatal block tonight. We welcomed GlasgowSlingLibrary who offered families baby wearing support. Followed by our baby vest painting and bump photos shoot.

Can’t wait to welcome families back to PEEK at Play Cafe with their little ones ❤️

The sun was shining for our first session of the P7 Transition block Dalmarnock Primary ☀️

Of course we started off with some positive words for our friends and found out how they would like this programme shaped! 🫶🏻

A wholesome day Dalmarnock Primary starting lunchtime off making paper airplanes to making a rainbow explosion after school in the playground! 🌈

Last week at Play Cafe we went swimming in the deep blue sea! 🌊 The little ones got to enjoy lots of water play as we worked on our fine motor skills and explored different animals that live in the water 🐳🐠 #PEEKWellbeing #TEAMPEEK

Today we were joined by ParentNetworkScotland who introduced our families to the wellbeing toolkit 🧠

Which led to lovely discussions around what parents can do to fill their own cup 🌈

The kids blasted off to space as they enjoyed some Loose Parts at our Holiday Programme.

Later, they took part in their favourite games and had a tasty lunch with Mac and Cheese and Tomato Spaghetti Pasta. 🚀😁
