Been a little busy lately and forgot to share my April goal: run 100 miles this month.

Unlike the January challenge of 3.1 miles for 31 days (which was 96.1 miles) this will give me flexibility in longer runs and rest days. 😁

I’ve been to a LOT of gyms, studios, etc. in Tampa, but never truly felt part of the community each one claims to have until my F45 fam came along.

4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ classes today and I can’t wait to hit the next milestone. 🥰💪

Sometimes it’s hard to notice fitness gains.

Thanks to WHOOP I notice small wins & not just the PRs.

Same run, same pace every Friday with my run group. 6 months ago I was proud to hit my lowest strain of 16.3.

Today, I hit a new low! The fitness is fitnessing. Keep going.😃
