This dataset is unique in the space of HTR, as it includes more 160 000 lines of ground truth in 10 languages over 9 centuries (8-16 CE) in Latin scripts over 208 docs.
Spent a wonderful time at the gorgeous campus in Yale University, where I presented in the Yale Lectures in Medieval Studies series last night. The Beinecke Library was 😍 The medievalist + DH community are a very warm nest. Thx Estelle Guéville Dr. Alex Gil 🏳️ for the hospitality! Now off to NY!
Had a great time in the beautiful town of Princeton! Many thanks to all the staff of the The Center for Digital Humanities at Princeton for their hospitality! I enjoyed the talk and it was particularly great catching up with my old friend Wouter Haverals Now off to Yale for the second gig in the US tour!
