Brilliant Trust CPD Leads session from Liz Robinson. My key takeaway is the push to challenge the culture of our own Trusts as learning organisations. QA and CPD are (should be!) the same thing.

In 2018, when asked if they went back in time would they still train to be teachers, 42% strongly agree.

Today, it’s just 23%.
