A4.2 By experiences I mean at least user experience and employee experience . They needed to be stable and predictable. When we introduce change or transformation we (usually) shouldn't shock the experience and we should leverage existing trust.

A4 Technologies as well as experiences. The systems need to work regularly and not go down. Doesn't matter really which ones, just that 'dial tone' exists. The data though needs to move up on a maturity index to be useful and reliable.
