Day 2 kicked off with such an important session on minimum service levels. Many members left in shock after understanding the full effects that minimum service levels would have on educators. Thank you to John for chairing & thank you to Sarah and James for their contributions.

The removal of performance related pay in schools is a big win and it's your win. We've been in talks with Government as a direct result of the strikes you took last year. Talks are continuing on how we can reduce teacher workload.
