Non-binary US citizen Ryan Castellucci has been granted permission to appeal the ruling over their gender recognition process.

Ryan is recognised in the US as non-binary but the United Kingdom have refused to respect their documentation.

Everything in this paragraph in Cass Report is unsupported conjecture. The sole reference (Wiik et al. 2020) is a heavily contested observational study of 23 Trans people that has been weaponised to block Trans people's participation in sport (it did not measure sporting prowess)
