Change them to

“How are you feeling right now?”

or

“What do you think would happen in the future if you talked with her first?”

Over 500 students from 46 schools statewide gathered today for the inaugural student-led Middle Level Student Leadership Summit. The theme #LeadLikeDuke was inspired by the Waterman the Movie which was made available to all HIDOE 7th graders earlier this school year.

We don’t use corporal punishment on adults.

Why is it used on children?

It is so important to understand the ability for us to take skills and become embodied practitioners when working with youth. Kids are smart and they realize when the quality of the space we set up isn’t genuine.
