It involved a blue Volkswagen Golf GTE, a grey Vauxhall Crossland and a red Fiat 500X.

A woman in her 60s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Emergency services are currently at the scene a serious collision on Alvechurch Highway in Redditch.

The collision happened at around 2.30pm near Abbey Trading Centre. We're advising drivers find an alternative route as the road expected to be closed for some time.

Operation Tutelage wrote to the driver of this to remind him that he needs Insurance, Vehicle Excise Duty and an MOT to drive. The letter was ignored so we stopped it, seized the car, reported him and he faces a long walk home to Bristol Drive Insured (21005)
