On @Euronews, concurring with Ellen 't Hoen & Dimitri Eynikel that the amended procedure on the EU-wide compulsory licensing is unsuitable to deal with emergencies. Among the key problems are #export_ban & the requirement to identify all IP rights before issuing a CL.

Being quoted in Politico about the vote in the #EuropeanParliament on the new EU-wide regime of #compulsory_licensing . Also said that #export_ban will have a negative effect on neighbouring countries, such as Ukraine.
