In a recent FOI ⁦Oxfordshire County Council⁩ says “for initial planning purposes, and making a series of broad assumptions about the [WPL] scheme, we have previously estimated an income of £41.9m over a10 year period.” Imagine how £4.1m per year could help with children’s education!
