A nice smattering of migrants @ St Aldhelm's Head this morning (0600-1115hrs) despite the cold N'ly wind, incl. 3 Whinchat, 10 Wheatear, 7 Whitethroat, & 4 Wi.Warbler, plus a handful of hirundines, another Red Kite, & a G.Heron apparently in off (all on eBird) Dorset Bird Club

A dozen Wheatears seen this morning on the 'patch' - along with 2 Ring Ouzels, Lesser Whitethroats and a singing Nightingale. Durlston Country Park Dorset Wildlife Trust

Holme Lane GP: 1st Common Sandpiper of the year, also the 5 Egyptian Geese chick with Mum & Barnie their foster parent.
Holmebridge: 13 Cattle Egrets upstream of the Bridge, 42 Shelduck, 4 Egyptian Geese and a male Reed Bunting.
