Deep dive on our Spring Menu starters...

1. Chicken noodle broth
2. Lamb fat potato terrine, crispy lamb’s breast, harissa mayonnaise, poached egg
3. Thai-spiced crab cake
4. Melted ham hock and Welsh rarebit on sourdough toast

The chicken schnitzel is looking particularly lovely today.

Thank you for your feedback on our 2 courses for 15 quid menu thing we do! The Beauty of it changing every 4 weeks is if you don’t particularly like it, there’s not long to wait for the next menu !
