What do we want? Reverse the legal policy of “qualified immunity” that almost guarantees police officers won’t be prosecuted for their brutality. The law was sanctioned by the Supreme Court in the 1980’s

The police and National Guard using excessive force which got us here in the first place. The vicious cycle continues

American History: After emancipation, Reconstruction afforded Blacks the opportunity to thrive in government. 1866 in New Orleans 44 Blacks were massacred,as they gathered to organize to vote, by white supremacists and the police force. A union that still exists to this day

America knows exactly why the racial police brutality happens and continues. It’s the complicity of feigned ignorance by the White liberals and the “dog whistle” rhetoric that incites racist ideology on the right, especially by President Trump.

I'm struggling to communicate the degree of my despair about the murder of Mr. George Floyd. Sending my deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to his family. We must refuse to tolerate such a blatant disregard for human life.
