This week we have been busy sowing out our Radish seeds, using a dibber to make a nice hole and carefully dropping in the seed. The children are looking forward to seeing them grow and sampling them! RHS Campaign for School Gardening Sussed in the Forest #allotment #earlyyearsgardening
Level 5 is about gardening through the year, gardening with members of your local community and keeping gardening at the heart of your school. Rewards for this level include a £150 gardening voucher, Mr Fothergills Seeds seeds and a plaque.

To achieve Level 4, you must demonstrate that your gardening supports wildlife and the curriculum, and that you share your plants or seeds with others.

Year 5 worked very hard at the allotment during Green Week and have learnt a lot about planting and growing. They are looking forward to coming back to harvest their vegetables. RHS Campaign for School Gardening
Aspen Class worked so well this morning. Their first job was to take the potted seeds and potatoes out of the poly tunnel to get a bit of sunshine. They then got everything they needed to plant some shallots.
