As part of activities to commemorate 30yrs of the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, H.E. Rosemary mbabazi was hosted by Kafui Dey today on GTV Ghana Breakfast Show where she chronicled the event, reconciliation and Rwanda’s transformation journey.

Today in Kigali, I joined Heads of State and fellow heads of international organisations, Rwandans and friends of Rwanda for a deeply moving ceremony to mark the 30th commemoration of the genocide against the Tutsi.

To honour and remember the victims and the survivors of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, the Peace Tower will be lit up in the colours of the Rwandan flag from sunset to 11 p.m. tonight.

UPDATE: The Kigali Convention Centre dome on Sunday lit in grey, with the figure 30, in honour of the 30th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
