As fate would have it I’m working over the hot stoves for the Out of the Cold Meal Program @ Saint Lukes but I can hear you singing from here & see the hands smashing the tables to the fast beat of the songs & the pints overflowing on to the tables

It's powerful bc it doesn't just break stereotypes it destroys them. The artists, often ignored in their daily lives, are sought out by the attendees & the media to discuss what they've created & paid for their inspiring art. This painting purchased @ the Showcase is in my office

March 5, 2020 Josh Matlow helped us promote the Out of the Cold Art Showcase & ws photographed w/1 of the artists paintings. We came in contact w/ someone who had COVID & were among the 1st to self-isolate in T.O. Now we have something to really smile about: the Showcase is back!

It is appalling the City of Toronto is using buses as shelters. No health standards, no food, no cots, no sleeping & ppl r kicked off @ 5 a.m. We need warming centres open now 24/7 permanently until the shelter crisis is solved. Please sign this petition.

This is what the inside of a TTC bus looks like. There is literally only one space an adult could fully lie down on (the red seats). How is this humane Toronto?
