1 more month and our project of empowering girls is finished but the work isn’t done. We will continue to produce confident and leaders in our communities. Thank you everyone who supported us.

The worrying never stops when it comes to drugs and alcohol. We must spread the awareness in our areas and our schools early to prevent it’s taken its toll on our communities. From our local coalition of more than 70 organisations to the parents, carers and young adults from local families who will help co-design Homewards's innovative housing project in the city, it's been a pleasure to meet and learn from you all!

In Sheffield today it was all about the people who, together, can prevent homelessness.

Safiya Saeed, who set up the Reach Up Youth project said about Prince William:
“It was amazing. Such a humble gentleman and he understood that we need to start cracking on by ending homelessness.

Delighted to see two major new commitments in our work to tackle homelessness through Homewards in Sheffield today.

An honour to welcome The Prince and Princess of Wales to #sheffield and to work with partners and people with lived experience to develop the Homewards action plan for our city.
Helen Voluntary Action Sheffield and I shared how a #teamsheffield approach to end homelessness will support our new city goals 🤝
