Another week and more spring arrivals. This week has seen the arrival of cuckoo, hobby and today we had our first swift.

Our first cuckoo was heard this morning at #lackfordlakes

The reed warblers have now landed and can be heard singing around the lakes.

The summer migrators are beginning arrive at our reserves. Nightingale (Luscinia megarhynchos) have been spotted at SWTLackfordLakes, Trimley Marshes and Newbourne Springs.
