Hearty thanks to Southfields Grid Residents Association for organising tonight's hustings for the candidates for the Merton and Wandsworth London Assembly seat. It was clear that a lot of time and effort had gone into making sure that the event ran smoothly. The opportunity was appreciated hugely.

These #newts were at the #nature weekend held by Wimbledon recently. I was so surprised to be told they came from Peckam not from the lake in #Wimbledonpark .

When the #AELTC told the BERA Belvedere Estate Residents Association AGM about the park the community would be given under their plans to build on Wimbledon Park… and then admitted the #AELTC would retain ownership and could withdraw access after 5 years 🤦🏻‍♂️
