‘Castles in the sky.’ Excellent presentation this by Aaron Sheridan Scottish Oral History Centre on his #oralhistory #phd on Wester Hailes Edinburgh. Great to see oral history help tell the compelling story of housing.
Brilliant presentation today by Aaron Sheridan about Wester Hailes, providing some important oral histories and perspective around life in the high flats, stigma and narratives that prevailed for the residents of the area. Great to see some friendly faces of the Scottish Oral History Centre too.
