Today, I am glad to welcome representatives from the G7 countries, the EU, and IFIs to Kyiv for the first in-person meeting of the Steering Committee of the Multi-Agency Donor Coordination Platform.

I held a meeting in Italy with a real friend of🇺🇦, EU Commissioner Paolo Gentiloni. I stressed that integration in the EU is a key goal for 🇺🇦. Thanked Paolo for his strong support. Since 2022, the🇪🇺has provided Ukraine with more than €30 bn of financing for the state budget.

Honored to be named an Honorary Professor at Kyiv School of Economics . Since 2015, as academic director, I've seen graduates excel in finance and economics. Each visit to KSE is a chance to gain new ideas and inspiration from students for further implementation.

Today Ukraine received $1,5 bn DPL from🇯🇵Japan and the🇬🇧United Kingdom through the World Bank mechanism. Grateful for the timely support of our real friends World BankECA 財務省 Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office Arup Banerji, who have been standing with Ukraine since Feb. 2022.

Together with🇺🇸Ambassador Ambassador Bridget A. Brink signed an Agreement on Public Debt Payments Deferral. This will reduce the debt burden on the State Budget and allow to finance budget priorities. Grateful for understanding 🇺🇦's needs & supporting economic growth during the full-scale war.

The DPL worth $1,5 bn was approved by World Bank Board. The funds will be provided under guarantees from Japan 🇯🇵 - $984mn and UK 🇬🇧 - $516mn. Grateful for powerful and timely support!

Had a productive meeting with the The EBRD First Vice President Jurgen Rigterink . The EBRD remains the largest institutional investor in Ukraine. In the close cooperation of 🇺🇦Government and the Bank we have ensured the stable operation and restoration of key critical infrastructure.

✅The documents necessary for securing Bridge financing under the Ukraine Facility were signed. This enables the Government of🇺🇦to access EUR 6 bn in concessional loans for the essential state budget needs. I thank our EU colleagues for their substantial and timely support.

Welcomed Minister Gintarė Skaistė to Kyiv. As one of the first countries to stand with Ukraine from the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Lithuania ranks among the top nations worldwide regarding assistance relative to its GDP. Thanked for the efforts in supporting Ukraine.
