Accessibility can't be the work of one sole person whose colleagues ignore it. Everyone in an organization needs to know and be committed to best practices. Managers and leaders at the top must set an example and demonstrate that accessibility is required, not 'nice-to-have.'

Imagine working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, always on call never able to take a break. Family carers do this. Another great piece of journalism Channel 4 News highlighting how families have to beg for a break for their disabled sons or daughters. Noone should fight for respite.
