Always love how flying gives me an opportunity to catch up on reading. Finally got a chance to read Phil Price’s new book. Fantastic description of the training process - not just for those interested in hybrid training. Phil, so proud to have been part of your journey.
First up Michael Silvestri, PhD(c), CSCP who is in his 3rd year of the program. Michael has competed the first 2 years of taught elements and is currently conducting a series of research questions for the final element of his PhD / DProf.
Can’t say enough good things about the school, professors, and supports St Mary's University has given me.

Two years after completing this MSc myself, it was a pleasure and a special feeling to share this lecture on eccentric training with the current students of St Mary's S&C.
Every coach should read this and think about the concepts. It brought me back to Dan Cleather ‘s Force book and made me “restudy” physics. Don’t get stuck in “know-it-all” land.
