Michael Silvestri, PhD(c), CSCP is a Ph.D. candidate at St Mary's University, Twickenham, where he is researching the role of hip mechanics, specifically abduction and adduction, in relation to skating speed in ice hockey. Michael also operates his own S&C/sport science in Toronto, Canada.
