The High Court has reserved judgment, meaning they are still deciding whether to prosecute Trudi or not. A decision is expected to be made on Monday 22nd April.

This right was established in 1607.

Now that the decision on Trudi Warner’s hearing has been moved to Monday, the people who will continue to replicate her actions this week will do so without the full knowledge of what it could lead to.

It is not, nor should it ever be, illegal to tell people what the law says.
