The majority say teaching is an art then. I’m interested to hear reasons as I feel like I’m the least arty/creative teacher and I’m now concerned 😅

Why do you think teaching is more an art or a science?

There is no educational idea that someone, somewhere, won't screw up. What we therefore need are:

Precise definitions: if you can't easily define it, it's more likely to get screwed up

Exemplification: to support the definition, what *exactly* does it look like in practice…

Is teaching an art or a science? No middle ground, which way do you go if you have to choose?
