Wonderful to represent ⁦The Global Ocean Observing System (GOOS)⁩ with ⁦Toste Tanhua⁩ at the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission meeting in Paris. We are advocating for much stronger support for ocean observation from nations to support climate preservation and economic development.
