According to the Disabled Citizens Inquiry we conducted with Sustrans, 73% of disabled people said they would be able to walk and wheel more if pavement parking were banned.

It can’t get much clearer than that. The government must take action.

We have seen a concerning rise in the number of calls to our helpline from Dial-a-Ride users, many of whom say they can't get a booking, are stuck on hold for up to an hour, or that their ride comes at the wrong time completely.

TfL must act urgently to fix these issues.
