8 years ago, USAID colleague Xulhaz Mannan was murdered because of his pursuit of a Bangladesh where every person could live and love as they wished. As equality and human rights continue to come under attack, it's critical that we carry forward Xulhaz's work and spirit.

OTI partnered with local grassroots organizations in the Iraqi marshlands to increase collective community action. Volunteers distributed school bags filled with goodies including stationary, coloring books, & reusable water bottles to over 3k students across 15 schools.
