Adam Tuss DDOT DC This hurts to hear. I was almost killed after being hit by a minivan driver on CT Ave while I was biking home from work in 2008. Our community should be putting safety first.

Seconding this. The Mayor is absolutely fine with people being killed on our streets and leaving them as highways instead of prioritizing safety. Every accident that happens on CT Avenue is a result of this administration’s misplaced priorities and godawful policies.

This. Hard this. ANC Commissioners take so much abuse for leaning forward at all on transport safety issues, and being hung out to dry by DDOT is a main reason sevaral commissioners I know have walked away.
