Calling all healthcare folk…I need your help. I’m writing a chapter about the importance of good sleep 🛌 practices whilst studying & working. This can be tricky at times especially with night shifts etc 😴 so what advice would you give 1st year student about sleep 💤

The pay gap is becoming increasingly more of an issue each year, that needs to be adjusted. Nurses are struggling to pay their bills and keep their homes, while putting their patients first. Bottling stress and emotions, leaving them at the door, to be professionals. #gpnnurse
