⚽️Doncaster Dynamo, the stars of our current #GetDoncasterMoving campaign, are looking to set up a second team of walking footballers for beginners- this will be at a slower pace than their first team, and there will be plenty of support to get you started and boost your fitness.

Dog Daisy Community Group meet every wednesday to take part in a chair based exercise class at Derwent Road Community Hall, Mexborough.

The group received funding via our Active Communities Grants to set up these sessions for local people, supporting them to move more.

£987,000 investment into Doncaster!

Focusing on the River Don, this heritage project – made possible by the National Lottery Heritage Fund - will focus on the history and heritage of the river and its local communities.

Earlier this week we welcomed guests from local sports clubs and community groups to a workshop to learn more about funding opportunities and local support available. It was a great opportunity for networking and making new connections.

The Well Doncaster Team have been enjoying getting out in Bentley on lunchtime walks for the Club Doncaster Foundation #TeamTrialChallenge 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏼🌳 #GetDoncasterMoving

A spot of rain didn't stop this fab walking group from Bentley this morning, having a walk and talk through the park and along some of the Trans Pennine Trail.

The group welcome you to join them on their next walk - and want you to know it's usually blue skies and sunshine!

We have 12 tennis court in our parks across the city that are completely free to use!

A Doncaster resident, Emmanuel, found a love for tennis at the Hexthorpe Park courts, during his one hour of exercise in the Covid lockdown..
