In our real-world multi-centered study on semaglutide:
1. Body weight loss of 17% in patients without diabetes.
2. Improved BP and lipid profile.
3. Decreased 10-year ASCVD risk.
4. Decreased liver enzymes in patients with MASLD.

In this study, we show that patients with developed diabetes-relates diseases are twice less likely to achieve diabetes remission after RYGB and SG!
