I studied the non-compete ban in contracts and biz org classes, w/o a critical thinking approach. Even a pro-business,one-sided approach is flawed bc essentially the provision restricts competition. I’m proud to see my Peruvian Y fellow at the FTC doing the critical work needed.

Rarely do I find reference to #collaboration intermediary *and* culture of #openinnovation together in a biz article about cross-sector collaboration. Bonus: the article also talks about grassroots as collaborators #StarDust

This is exactly what happens when #innovation policies are divorced from #access policies. “Advocates” are paid to advocate for new/more drugs, not accessible drugs. Access claims come in too late. A new kind of advocates, to shape innovation-and-access policies, is imperative.
