Great session today with City Academy Bristol Middle Leaders on how to take a coaching approach to feedback. The workshop builds on the 'coaching approach to conversation' module that all staff receive and precedes the formal coach training.

Today we are running an in house work experience programme at City Academy Bristol. Students are rotating around employer workshops including BJSS, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS FT, Clear Channel UK, spoken word poet- Malizah, assessment centre workshop and speed interviews. Busy day ahead #careersforall
