Gaza makes very clear what’s already long been true: the US medical establishment cares about ‘health equity’ and ‘global health’ only so long they’re good for business—that is, for branding, donor acquisition, and career advancement.

If you are outraged by ever-growing number of killings by US police, then support the groups that are implementing non-police crisis responses systems all over the US and pushing local government to adopt and fund them as public infrastructure.
