. Katie Galloway is the W. M. Keck Career Development Professor MIT ChemE Dept. Her lab connects basic research questions in gene circuits, genome architecture, and cell-fate transitions to the development of synthetic biology tools for mammalian cell engineering. #WICisYOU

. Cat Majors, PhD is an incoming assistant professor Clemson ChBE. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow Northwestern and has research interests in the development and characterization of protein signaling networks in vitro. #WICisYOU

Aurora Munguia-Lopezis currently a postdoctoral researcher at UW–Madison. Aurora Munguia-Lopez will be joining UBuffalo as an assistant professor in August 2024! Her research interests lie in process systems engineering, optimization, and sustainability. #WICisYOU

Raisa Carmen Andeme Ela just completed her postdoctoral research University of Minnesota. Raisa C. A. Ela, Ph.D. has research interests in sustainable catalysis and materials, green fuels and chemicals, and polymer engineering. She also loves suspense novels and creative writing. #WICisYOU

Next up, Hairou Yu is a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University with research interests in colloids, interfacial phenomenon, and soft particles. @HairouYuPhD's name alludes to 'hero'! #WICisYOU

. Xiwen Gong has been an Assistant Professor at Michigan Chemical Engineering since 2021. Her research interests lie in material innovation, advanced spectroscopy, and engineering of soft bio-electronics for the development of multifunctional skin-interfaced electronics. @WICisYOU
