New time of 2 am makes better sense compared to the earlier followed time of 12 am GST Tech

When the True intent of Ministry of Finance is to have a neat & GST tax system & newer compliance are brought in, then instead of distributing Mismatch Notices Nationwide why aren't they lifting off the Ban on the rolled out GSTR2 to keep Buyer his stand ?
