Don't buy into the myth that 'accessibility is only about adding alternative text to images.' Alt text is important, of course. But there is so much more to accessibility, including headline structure, functional controls, color contrast, link text, plain language, and more.

One of the best things I have done since discovering I am autistic is learn to prioritise my sensory well-being. When I do this, I burnout less, I have less meltdowns and I have more spoons.

It’s perfectly normal to feel confused about your PhD. It’s a really long project.

But everyday, you’re making progress, even if it doesn’t feel like it.💪
